COURT & TRIBUNAL - SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT WITNESS
Our CEO, Dr Tony Stanton has significant experience providing subject matter expertise (SME) as a witness for the Australian Commonwealth in Courts and Federal Court Tribunals. Having been engaged by the Australian Commonwealth extensively, we understand what courts and tribunals need to hear from an expert witness. Our opinions are highly respected. We can provide witness statements and in-court evidence if you need an expert witness - assuming we support your position. Our consultant network includes those who were once the very delegates for regulatory enforcement decisions - so our team know very well how the other side 'thinks'.
COMPETENCY BASED TRAINING & TESTING
Our CEO, Dr Tony Stanton was appointed to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Competency-Based Training & Assessment Taskforce to provide advice and to amend ICAO Annex 1 (Flight Crew Licencing) and ICAO DOC 9868 (PANS Training). ICAO is a specialised agency within the United Nations. Tony is a highly qualified Flight Instructor and Flight Examiner. Tony can conduct flight tests for the grant for all Australian Pilot Licences, Night VFR Ratings, Instrument Ratings and Instructor Ratings.
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Our network at Strategic Air can help you develop or amend Operations Manuals and Expositions, whether it be in relation to new authorisation applications or simply systems. We can also assist with the implementation of Safety Management Systems (SMS), Risk Management Systems (RMS), Change Management, and Quality Systems (QS). Our consultants can co-develop manuals and expositions for all regulatory applications. We can also support independent auditing of these systems.
