Tony flies the mission; Taz runs the experience. Tony—ex-CASA Flight Ops Inspector and CASA-approved Flight Examiner—owns the cockpit, standards, and risk picture. Taz manages passengers end-to-end: baggage, briefings, cabin setup, dietary requests, ground transfers, and last-minute pivots. Net effect: discrete, examiner-level operations with white-glove, zero-friction service from kerb to cabin to kerb
